About the Conference

The 7th International Scientific Conference of Alkafeel University "ISCKU2026" will take place in Al-Najaf Al-Ashraf, (IRAQ), during March 28-29, 2026.

ISCKU2026 is an annual conference which aims to bring participants together from academic, industry, engineering, and government institutions around the world to attend the conference, share field trial experiences and lessons with other enthusiasts, exchange novel ideas, discuss innovative fields and explore enabling technologies for a variety of applications. ISCKU2026 has been an active platform which provides participants with ample opportunities to establish research relationships, to find the partners for future collaboration and develop opportunities for cooperation.

Since its inception, the International Scientific Conference of Alkafeel University (ISCKU) has been a cornerstone for academic and scientific exchange. Each year, we build upon our success, fostering a global community of innovators.

A N M Al Imran is an innovation driven global health professional with more than 13 years of experience at the intersection of medical research, public health innovation, and international development. His work focuses on translating research into scalable solutions that strengthen clinical workflows, disease surveillance, and patient outcomes across Asia and Africa. Imran has contributed to major initiatives such as ConnecTB for drug resistant tuberculosis care and IPConnect for infection prevention and control. He has collaborated with ministries of health, clinicians, researchers, and academic partners to design evidence informed digital health platforms tailored to local systems. With experience at URC, RTI International, and AQUITY Global, he brings expertise in applied research, innovation strategy, and large scale implementation. A certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Imran blends structured delivery with research driven innovation to support health systems strengthening in complex environments.

Prof. Mohammed Ghazal is a leading academic, researcher, and innovator shaping the future of engineering and artificial intelligence in the UAE and globally. He serves as Associate Dean for Academic Affairs at the College of Engineering, Abu Dhabi University, where he leads initiatives in academic quality, accreditation, curriculum innovation, and student success. As Director of the Research Institute for Artificial Intelligence and Emerging Technology, he drives high impact research aligned with national priorities in AI, sustainability, and digital transformation. With more than 400 peer reviewed publications and an h index of 47, Prof. Ghazal is recognized among the Stanford Top 2% of Scientists. He is a champion of AI first education, embedding innovation, entrepreneurship, and employability skills across engineering programs while fostering strong collaborations with industry, government, and international partners.

  • The paper has not been previously published and is not under consideration elsewhere.
  • The submission file must be in Microsoft Word format (.doc/.docx).
  • The Word file must include:
    - The full names of all authors,
    - Their complete and accurate institutional affiliations,
    - Their official email addresses, and
    - The corresponding author clearly marked with an asterisk (*).
    No changes, deletions, or additions to these details will be permitted after submission.
  • The paper must be written exclusively in English.
  • The similarity index from all sources must not exceed 20%, verified by TURNITIN.
  • The use of AI writing or content generation tools must not exceed 25%, ensuring that the paper reflects the authors' original scholarly contribution.
  • All reviewed papers presented at ISCKU 2026 will be submitted to Scopus-indexed journals for possible publication.
  • The final decision on acceptance, rejection, and publication scheduling lies entirely with the editors of the respective journals, not with the conference organizers.
  • The indexing process in Scopus is governed solely by Elsevier's procedures and policies, independent of the conference.
  • The conference bears no responsibility for journal editorial decisions, publication timelines, or indexing outcomes.
  • Paid fees are non-refundable under any circumstances, including author withdrawal for any reason.
